Engineering and delivery manager with 15 years in software — seven teaching computer science, eight building and shipping it. I lead a 40-person delivery organisation, own architecture review and client escalation, and run AI-assisted development in production. Agents do the routine work; I hold the judgment calls they shouldn't.
Delivery leadership isn't a title, it's a load. Here's the scope I've carried — team size, project throughput, and the delivery organisation behind it.
Thirteen production products — AI-native platforms, internal tooling and mobile apps, built with Laravel, Next.js, React and Flutter. Every screen below is the real running interface, captured from the working application.

Four things I'm accountable for day to day — delivery management, AI-assisted engineering, architecture review and full-stack build. Each is a role I've actually held, not a service I'd like to sell.
GATE qualified in 2011 on the first attempt, M-Tech from GEC Ajmer, seven years lecturing computer science — then a deliberate move into engineering and delivery. Every entry opens.
I cleared GATE in 2011 on my first attempt, took an M-Tech at GEC Ajmer, and spent the next seven years lecturing computer science across three institutions. Explaining a system to someone who doesn't yet understand it turns out to be the same skill as running architecture review, defending an estimate to a client, or bringing a new engineer up to speed in their first week.
In 2018 I stopped teaching and retrained as a full-stack developer — a second career rather than a comfortable first one. Laravel and PHP first, then ERP and e-commerce platforms for international clients across Singapore and South Africa, then a multi-year civic-technology programme where I owned the backend architecture and the administrative console end to end.
At AppDeft I moved from developer to Project Delivery Lead, accountable for 104 projects across 30+ clients with a 40-person engineering organisation behind them — sprint planning, estimation, capacity sequencing, architecture review, escalation recovery and client negotiation. In 2026 I handed that portfolio to seven delivery managers and moved to lead AI-assisted development: spec-driven workflows, multi-agent orchestration and human-in-the-loop review gates, applied to real client delivery rather than demos.
What I'm looking for next: a senior engineering management, delivery leadership or technical program role where the hard part is judgment — scope, sequencing, architecture and people — and where AI-assisted engineering is treated as production practice, not a pilot. Based in Jaipur, India; open to remote and hybrid.
Stack matters less than judgment, but here it is — delivery practice, AI engineering, backend, frontend and mobile. I learn whatever the problem needs; AI-assisted development made that genuinely cheap.
Open to senior engineering management, delivery leadership and technical program roles — full-time, remote or hybrid. If you're hiring someone to own delivery for a team and want AI-assisted engineering done properly, I'd like to hear about it.
